New acquisition for Groupe CT

Groupe CT Inc., national leader in the document workflow industry, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Solutions d’Affaires de la Capitale Inc. (SAC). Mr. Jean Legault, co-founder and president of SAC, will continue to exercise its functions and become the second shareholder of the organization, while Mr. Guy Côté, also co-founder will act as Business Development Manager for SAC.

Located in Quebec City and member of the Canon and Kyocera independent authorized retailers, SAC has an outstanding reputation when it comes to offering its customers a fast and personalized service. The company is well established since 2007 and its staff combines nearly 400 years of experience in the business solutions pertaining to documents workflow.

This acquisition, will allow CT to experience a gain of over 20% in 2015.
